What to use instead of oink.

oinkA question everybody seems to be asking. Well, look no further. The great guys at well-known site “The Pirate Bay” are looking to open up BOiNK in the spirit of its predecessor. Things seem to be coming along much more quickly than previously predicted, http://www.oink.cd is already pointing toward TPB’s servers and they’ve put up a temporary page (Waffle goodness). Take that, evil music industry!

Now that we’ve received that good news, lets hope the best for the original OiNK admins!

    I wonder if he will be arrested again for posting a site that links to other sites that contain torrents after all technically thats all oink was in the first place as are all torrent sites just links to torrent files not the actual content.

    If you haven’t read what has written about this event, do it, it’s definetly worth while.

    oh and yeah, i hope bOink is going to be members only like it’s predecessor. because we don’t want it to become something like tpb, no offense, but you know what i mean.

    Instead of being sad you all, start your own projects, as people have said before, this is all a big Hydra.
    If the Hydra has one head, it’s easy to kill it, but if we create hundreds of heads on the Hydra, it shall never be slain!

    So, go out there, start up a new and lovely site where we can share, and we shall live forever!

    I’m not associated with OiNK or BOiNK, so I have no idea when the invites (if there will be any) will be up. I’ll post on this site the second I hear about it, but the best way to get in early would be to keep checking out oink.cd for updates.

    It sucks that Oink and Demonoid have been taken down while Pirates Bay, the alleged “child porn” central of bad music, which is the most coveted stuff the music industry spends so much cash to push, remains untouched. It’s as if the “industry” doesn’t want you to know there’s better stuff available outside it’s control. Stealing is wrong but what the “industry” is doing and has done is far worse. Shelving the good stuff and promoting the crap. Every dollar you spend finances the crap. For christs sakes just steal what you want.
