    I should call this Elisejournal because everything I put in here goes to Elise…oh well…It’s probably because I think of her nonstop down here hehe…..if anyone really wants updates…or at least sexy pictures check out my other website http://www.cityeyesphoto.com leave a nice message for me too.

    I might as well update everyone on how college life is going so they don’t hate me for just posting stuff to Elise….it’s pretty fun actually being on my own, yeah I miss Portage, I miss Chicago, i miss friends, and I miss Elise, but I keep on realizing that none of these are going to just dissappear and will be there whenever I can get back. That’s one thing that everyone should realize…distance means nothing when your love for something is strong enough. Friendship lasts through distances easily.

    I just went on a ranting rampage in someones LJ that I haven’t talked to in years. Not in a bad way or anything…that’s why I’m posting it here.

    War on American soil? Come on guys, terrorists will do whatever they want despite whatever rules are put in place. The current government is scaring our freedoms away with this stupid talk…one thing as well. Did everyone forget the proof that Bush had in his hands documents strongly urging him to hike up security because a large scale attack was expected?

    Bush does not give honest answers. What is this war on irag from? Why did we do it? There are SO many more dangerous people in the world, what right did the government have to fabricate evidence to go to war, then go against the UN’s will and attack. Bush does not tell it how it is, he tells us how he wants us to believe it is.

    If you have the time you should check out www.bushgame.com it’s a kinda fun way to find out all of the crappy things that have been done with the current people in charge. It’s kinda silly, but it’s fun to play and has some awesome ideas. (In a bit they are going to add a feature to browse through the various sections and factsheets)

    Also check this out, real statistics that make sense to anyone and can be totally and irrefutably proven:

    Here’s a small list of only the things he’s done to the air we breathe:
    -Weaken protections for soot and smog.
    -Weaken protections for toxic mercury.
    -Weaken Safeguards for National Parks.
    -Worsen Global Warming

    Sticking to what one believes in does not mean anything if it’s done in a blind stupor. Think KKK, these guys totally believe what they’re doing is right, they ARE sticking to what they believe in, but it’s in the wrong way. When people actually take the facts presented and change their mind according to what seems more logical, they are thinking logically. A good leader has that feature.

    It describes something I feel very often and I’m incredibly fortunate to have someone to share it with. When I see this picture I see two people in love, taking time out of the normally busy lifestyle to share a moment. Everyone else is still running around, going to themselves, but two people can share something so important without worrying about other things in life.

  • I’m getting my iPod!

    I WIN!! After two days I got my five referrals (as stated in my first post) and after a very short verification process, my Ipod is in the processing stages (I submitted my address and all.) Damn I’m excited…I’m also excited about Elise coming up this weekend, so double yay for me! Here’s a screen shot of the final process:

  • Bumpy Ride

    Oooh it has been a pretty cool time and the drive up was fun as hell although very very messed up. First off me and kevin were stuck in an incredibly long traffic jam, putting us behind at least an hour. After that we were detoured by police…bad news…they didnt’ show us at all where to go so we ended up south of Indianapolis two hours out of our way. Halfway back to Portage, Kev’s tire exploded so we had to get out, change it to a donut, and get to a store…which luckily had an awesome staff that stayed overtime to fix our stuff. I took a few pics which I will upload onto my photoblog eventually. My time with Elise is good as always, I love her incredible amounts and any second of time I spend with her is a good one. I can’t wait till next weekend..=).

    Well here is where you’ll find the pics eventually, and if you feel like it, i’ve added a “tag” which is basically a front page message board that anyone can use. Please partake in the fun.

    Yeah Kyle here, coming straight from the mac store in Chicago. Yay…internet connection=fun times. I’m with Elise and brought my good camera so i could take some tasty pics (if i can find the right subject…i’ve still not taken one and we’ve been here for an hour) Chicago is much easier to take pics of at night. We’re gonna see open water, go get some Chicago Style Pizza (God that stuff is good) and than swing by Navy Pier (I want to take some pics there…) Ok well I’m not gonna hang out here much longer. I am totally convinced Macs are made for satan to use. This one button mouse fits perfectly if you have hooves.

  • Back Home!

    I’m back from the apartment for a while! I get to hang out with Elise and do everything else I wanna do before I go down again without worrying about work! Hooray! I’m not really worrying about anything anymore, although I’m sad, I know everything will turn out alright. I’m going to skip most of this since everyone already knows me and Elise are perfect for each other.

    As you guys know, I recieved a Nikon D70, so I’ve been taking pics of anything and everything that I can get. Family, friends, blah blah blah….everything. Now I know many people will be too lazy to check this out..so everyone who visits and comments gets…a free…hug…if you don’t want a hug than going to my blogspot and commenting will keep me from hugging you.   • AAAAHH!!

    I got my camera today! It’s a Nikon D70 and it’s friggin sexy. While I haven’t taken many pics with it (I had to charge it and it was pretty dark before I got a chance to take any pictures) I can tell it’s an incredible piece of camera. Feeling and hearing that SLR click is something that I’ve missed. Look for picture updates soon….bwaha. Also I went to Dan and Melissa’s and played Mario Party again. Damn I hate games of chance….give me Worms 3D any day. Well I’ll upload some of my SLR Pics as soon as I upload them to photobucket. Kevin Smells.
